Installation

• Connect the supplied USB 3.0 cable to the back of the card reader.

• Connect the other end of the USB 3.0 cable to an available USB port.

Using the Card Reader

• Insert the memory card (connector end first, label facing up) into the

corresponding slot of the USB 3.0 Card Reader.

DO NOT force card into the slot.

• For each memory card recognized, a drive letter will appear as a Removeable

Disk under My Computer for Windows or a new icon will appear on a Mac

desktop.

• To transfer files, simply drag and drop.

• To safely remove a card, use the Eject Hardware utility located in the System

Tray in Windows or on a Mac drag the icon(s) to the Trash.

LED Status

LED Color Description

Power Green ON: device is properly connected

Link Blue ON: device ready

Blinks: indicated data transfer from or to the card
